On March 16, 1961, Martin Jezo brought an action for a legal separation from his wife, Stella Jezo, on the grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment. Mrs. Jezo counterclaimed upon the same grounds. Trial of the action was commenced on June 4, 1962. The court denied each of the requests for a legal separation because of condonation on the part of both parties occurring after the commencement of the action.
